VA filed an affidavit in support of the application of David DAVIDSON stating that he was a soldier of the Revolution and frequently saw him in service (DAVIDSON was in the 1st Virginia Regiment of Artillery) at several places to the southward. There is a Private William LOYD who served at Valley Forge in Morgan’s Rifles.
