Abner CRUMP in a Virginia Regiment on the Continental Line and that he DIED in service; John COLEY stated that William DAY was a son of Nancy DAY, sister of Ambrose DAY; William LADD, of New Kent, stated that he had heard from Anselm BAILEY, a member of the same company, that only eight persons of the full number enlisted in the company returned after the war and Ambrose DAY was not among them.
