It is ordered that it appears to the satisfaction of the Court by the testimony of Allen Bradley, that Leonard Green, a black man, twenty two years old, five feet seven and one fourths inches high, with a gun shot wound on the left hand, the ball from which has not been extracted, is the son of Candis, who was emancipated by the will of Thomas Duling, since the first day of May 1806, and the Court doth further certify that no permission has ever been granted to the said Candis or Moses to remain in the Commonwealth. The Clerk of this Court is ordered to deliver to the said Leonard a copy of this order.
